Appointments are covered by several insurance companies including Aviva, Cigna, WPA, Healix and Simply Health
As Total Motion we want to spend our time focusing on our patients and not invoicing, we ask for patients to pay for their sessions, and then reclaim the cost from their insurer. If you have any questions you might want to contact your insurance provider first.
Other Information
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately we have had to implement a 24 hour notice policy for appointment alterations or cancellations. This will incur 100% fee for a missed appointment if 24 hours notice has not been provided. To cancel your appointment please call / email or follow the link on your booking confirmation email.

Please wait in the main reception area and your practitioner will come and meet you at the time of your appointment. There are 10 small steps in two sections to get from the street to our new room, we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, please let our team know if you need assistance to climb these.
Preferred Suppliers
If you’re looking for a support or brace, then one possibility are Medi Products, they have good-quality products and deliver to you in 24 hours.
For certain patients Serola belts are recommended. They’re available in the UK from a company called Applied Biomechanics, they dispatch their products on the same day.
